Tank cleaning
Our logistics centre has a certified truck tank cleaning facility. It is located in Naklo, Slovenia, just after the exit from the E61 motorway that connects Ljubljana and the Karavanke tunnel.
At Forbiz, hygiene and cleanliness in liquid food transport is a top priority. For this reason, we built a new cleaning facility in 2016. This facility specialises in the washing tank interiors and all the elements that come into contact with sensitive food products. We have placed great emphasis on ensuring the environmental sustainability of the washing plant and have incorporated a state-of-the-art computer-controlled biological wastewater treatment facility. Having implemented ISO 9001 and HACCP, and having successfully passed the stringent SQAS assessment, we are proud to have now joined EFTCO – the European Federation of Tank Cleaning Organisations. This all goes to demonstrate the exceptional quality of our cleaning processes.
